Our Optional Admin Services package features an exclusive monitoring system, which will keep constant track of the various processes running on your server to find out whether everything is alright. And if there is ever any problem, it will momentarily notify our system administrators.

Backup Space

Maintaining a backup of your website is tough when you have to do it yourself. You will have to find a place for your backups – preferably on a different physical machine; you will have to make backups; you will need to test if everything is working. We provide you with a simple solution. Our Optional Admin Services package offers you 50 GB of disk space on one of our stable backup servers. And we will assist you with the backups. And since all the servers are part of the very same network, the backups will be generated as fast as possible.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If there’s a particular service or web application that you would like to run on your server, but you are not aware of how to handle it, or if you stumble upon endless troubles setting up everything yourself, our company offers you a solution. Our Optional Admin Services package covers installation and problem–solving procedures, meaning that you will enjoy the full and undivided attention of our system administrators for 30 minutes – more than enough time for them to resolve the problem at hand and make things right. And you may also use that time to ask them to help you with any other server–related issues you are having.
