Monitoring & Rebooting

Server administering is a rather challenging duty for first–time VPS customers – you have to keep an eye on how your server is doing, to find out if it’s under excessive load, to check if all the services are performing correctly. It’s a duty that calls for constant attention, and you most probably do not have time to optimally handle this. This is why we offer that we carry out the job instead of you. If you take advantage of our Optional Admin Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your VPS server and all the processes running on it. That way you’ll have more time for your web sites or web apps.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of your data is compulsory – one never knows when something can go wrong. And using the Optional Admin Services offer, you can enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your content, without you being required to install or configure anything. Furthermore all the backup copies are stored on a server with many RAID–configured hard disks. Thus your data will always be safe and sound, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Server, you will have total freedom to install any script or service on your it. But, certain scripts are more difficult to install and may require some extra configuration on your part. This is where our Optional Admin Services deal will come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & troubleshooting operations – in other words you will be able to basically employ one of our practiced server administrators for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation of any app whatsoever that you desire. And/or have him solve a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an extra feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
