A: When your current web hosting provider can no longer measure up to the demands of your web site, or when you undergo continual downtime, or if you are made to wait for hours for the customer support team to respond back to you, it may be a good idea to switch your hosting provider, i.e. to migrate all the files for your web sites along with your databases from your current provider to your new provider. At NETCreator, we realize that this can often be difficult & time–consuming. This is the reason why we will do all that for you at no cost!Our seasoned technical team reps will move your website content from your present web hosting provider to us. Our techs have got broad experience migrating websites and are able to handle anything – from a typical WordPress–driven blog or Joomla^™–driven web site, to a very complex, custom–made web application.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time frame, since there are a lot of variables, including the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our very best to move your web site within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (in case the content is not large).

A: We don’t need any information that is sensitive. We’ll need, though, the login information for your present web hosting account as well as the name of the site that you want to migrate.

A: Our Privacy Policy is an indivisible part of the agreement that we will have with you as a client. We are focused on safeguarding the security of the personal details gathered from the customers. To do that, we use technical security measures to prevent the loss, the abuse, the modification or the illegal disclosure of the personal details under our control. The security measures include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and administrative operations to safeguard and secure the information that we gather on the World Wide Web. When we ask users to submit financial info (for instance, a credit card number), this info is shielded using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.

A: Your website will work just like it did before with your old hosting provider. Once we have completed the transfer, your web site will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we will ask you to preview it. If it is functioning properly, all you will have to do is modify the name server records associated with your domain name. Your site will be transferred over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: No. We will never contact your hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website transfer either.

A: Yes. We support all traditional Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based web hosting platforms, as we do not provide Windows web hosting services ourselves.Additionally, we don’t support proprietary website building and administration interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
